Tracie P. Leonard founded Focus Realty Advisors, LLC in 2000. Tracie
recognized a need in the multi-family industry for independent project analysis
and recommendations not connected to winning a management, leasing or
sales
contract.
Focus also provides transitional, short term quality management services
for owners, lenders on an as-needed basis, in addition to the services that
have been offered since 2000. This is a service that is not typically
offered by larger management firms.
Tracie has worked all aspects of property management from leasing agent to senior
vice president. She has provided solutions for all types of challenges
in a variety of communities: rental, for-sale, single-family, multi-family, urban
and suburban. She spent several years as a multifamily and mixed-use developer
and is expert at selecting floor plans, finishes and amenities that will optimize
the owner’s return.
During her twenty two-year real estate career, Tracie has been employed by regional
and national companies, including: The Bozzuto Group, Lincoln Property Company
and The Grove Companies. Focus Realty Advisors has consulted for developers
and owners including: Quadrangle Development Corporation, Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse,
ArchstoneSmith and others. Consulting assignments have ranged from evaluating
a project’s competitive position in its market with practical recommendations
for improvement to staff evaluation and training programs.
In addition to Tracie’s personal experience, she has formed an experienced,
knowledgeable group of advisors to assist clients with all aspects of their real
estate needs.
